Meet the Deakin Business School Dean
Professor Amanda Pyman is a professor in Human Resource Management and Employment Relations and former Head of the Department of Management at Deakin Business School. In a career spanning 18 years in higher education, Amanda has worked in Australia and internationally, including as director of the Monash MBA and researching in areas of employee voice, employee engagement and employee workplace participation. She commenced as Deakin Business School Dean in 2021.
